What a pleasure to see the smiling face of our delivery driver the other day, bang on time, cordial and very helpful. We had fun unloading all the bags and stack them whilst catching up. That gave me the exercice of the day and a useful stock of logs exactly the size we require. The online communication was brilliant and efficient notwithstanding the fact it was very friendly!Thank you and we will be returning to you when needed.Merci

Very easy to order & delivered next day. Just a couple of small moans - although delivered in a dumpy bag, this was inside a wooden crate which I had to dispose of, a nuisance I could have done without as I don't have the tools to cut it up or take apart. Logs look to be good quality but varied tremendously in size; again, I'm going to have to get an axe to chop the larger ones up. However, the ease of service was so good I'll be ordering again later in the year!

Friendly people to deal with, have used for a while now and always very polite and helpful. Good quality logs. One thing to improve would be the introduction of an approximate expected delivery when ordering on line, this would be really helpful especially for those that order for elderly/not so able persons. Just specific attendance can be planned ahead. Will be using again and have recommended to others.

Logan’s Logs are a fantastic company to do business with I ordered 150 bags logs. I’ve ask them if I could have the order in the morning not a problem. They text me the day before to let me know they were delivering and to ask me if I was going to be in and if not were they could leave it. The driver was so helpful and polite. I've used Logans Logs (or their subsidiary South West Forestry) for the past 6 years to supply kiln-dried ash and kindling. They never seem to be out of stock, quote sensible prices and delivery dates and always turn up when they say they will after confirming a delivery time slot the previous day. The quality of the wood is excellent and there's a nice mixture of sizes. Overall they provide a great service.

Received our latest load of logs yesterday. Excellent service as always, from ordering to delivery staff are always helpful. I wasn't home when the driver called so he phoned to check where I wanted them tipped. Great quality wood too.

Have had kiln dried logs from Logan’s for several years now and been really pleased with the quality. Latest loose delivery was delivered in barrow bags (to accommodate using smaller vehicle) which was perfect for my situation with no drive to drop them on. Friendly and helpful staff too!

Excellent service, I was advised of an arrival time which was correct, driver very helpful and got the logs emptied under cover and ready for stacking. Logs burn really well, best I have had. Store now very full following the hard work stacking neatly!
