ABC-Hardware-Rental-Special Events

I was referred to ABC rent-all by a co-worker. I thought the price was great for a fun idea for a party. I was told $150. for the rental. Told they'd deliver it on Friday and pick it up Sunday. Nothing was said about a delivery charge or deposit. 400 dollars taken out of my account later and nothing has been done. When we dropped the bounce house off they laughed and said oh we should have given you the directions on how to roll it back up." Nobody apologized for the incorrect funds being taken out of my account or the neglect in customer service i got at both pick up and drop off. I thought this would be a great idea but i will never rent from this company again. It's a complete joke and they have a bunch of kids working for them who have zero customer service skills and zero knowledge about they're products. I'm disgusted with how this company operates."

Was told to fix my lawnmower is an easy 1 hour job, I load it up bring it over and he tells me they are booked for 2 weeks. And doesn't want to put me on schedule and states I have to drop it off now and they will get to it in 2 weeks and doesn't allow me to just bring it in in 2 weeks so I can still mow my lawn. Somehow that makes sense to him.

So glad we found this place for equipment rental! Friendly and professional staff, good quality equipment, affordable prices. Will definitely use them again!

Great service, great rental products and helpful staff. During a recent storm my sump pump decided it was time to fail which left my over 1700 sq ft basement flooded with almost 6 of standing water. In order to replace my pump I needed the water pumped out quickly. While I was picking up part's for the job I had my friend call ABC Hardware and Rentals to find out if they had a commercial submersible pump. Luck was on my side they had only a couple left...my friend asked if they could hold it for me until I was able to pick it up. Most rental companies would not do this. The fine staff at ABC without hesitation said sure

Good quality stuff, very good inventory, staff is very helpful.A young man, Noah, even helped me load and then when he saw me returning he ran out during his lunch to help unload!

We've always had great experiences here, the owner is a really nice guy who tries hard to help out as much as he can with a request. My husband has been there several times, the last time was to cut some steel poles down to size. The owner did it himself and charged almost nothing. Great place to go in a pinch!

Wanted $50 to sharpen chain saw chain . Lol most places charge $7.25.Also did a poor job servicing Generator.

We rented chairs and tables for a graduation party, from the Niagara-Falls blvd store. The guys were super friendly and very helpful. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. I will definitely use them again.

2507 Niagara Falls Blvd location. Rented a 35 foot lift to get up for peak trim repair and painting. Nice lift in like new condition. Everyone involved at ABC was great. I got rained out on my first day and asked for some time extension on the 24 hour rental. They responded with a very reasonable solution. One hint. The outriggers extend out quite a bit from the machine. Be certain you have a big enough footprint for setup. Eg. - A narrow driveway with a fence in the way could be a problem.
